About Me

My name is Ross McLeod. I’ve been on Salt Spring Island since the late 80’s.

Wood has always been part of my world in some way. Since retiring, I decided to take it to the next level and use my shop to create more artistic things from wood. So I added a lathe, bought chisels and a sharpening system, along with all the bits and pieces required to turn out pieces on the lathe. I also get to use all the other tools in my shop that I’ve used over the years.
